Organization, Management and Control Model (Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001)
Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001 introduced administrative liability for companies in relation to specific offenses committed in the interest or for the benefit of the company by directors, managers, employees, or external collaborators.
MPI’s Commitment
The Board of Directors of M.P.I. Magneti Permanenti Industriali S.r.l. has undertaken a structured process aimed at adopting an Organization, Management and Control Model compliant with Legislative Decree 231/2001. 231/2001. To this end, a dedicated working group was established to analyze the company’s organizational context and identify and map the main potential risks of offenses. Based on this analysis, the Model was developed, approved, and formally adopted by the Company.
Supervisory Body
In accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001, the Company has established a Supervisory Body with independent powers of initiative and control, responsible for:
- monitoring the effective implementation of the Model;
- verifying compliance with its provisions;
- promoting and requesting updates to the Model when necessary.
Code of Ethics and Shared Values
The Code of Ethics, which is an integral part of the Organization, Management and Control Model, defines the principles and values that guide the Company’s activities and represents an essential reference for the conduct of all individuals acting on behalf of M.P.I.
In line with these principles, the Company promotes the dissemination of its ethical values also in relationships with suppliers and partners, encouraging responsible, transparent behavior in compliance with the principles of legality.
