Flexible magnetic rubber

Magnetic rubber is produced by mixing ferrite powders with synthetic rubber matrices. Finished parts are obtained in the required shapes and dimensions through calendering or extrusion processes.
The product offers excellent flexibility and mechanical strength, making it suitable for use in a wide range of environments. Designers can develop components with different geometries, further refining the prototypes through final machining operations when required.
For example, strips with highly complex patterns and very reduced thicknesses can be produced. The outstanding machinability and high level of automation achievable make this type of magnet a unique solution.
Magnetic rubber can be cut, punched, bonded to wood or metal, and applied to curved surfaces. Magnetization, often performed axially with multiple poles, is also relatively simple, further expanding the versatility and range of applications of this material.
